I can see why there are so different reviews from the previous reviewers, it is very idiosyncratic, they will either love or hate it. very small, very French (also correct), hotel atmosphere. room for only 6-8 tables, decorated with Nick-Nacks. only 2 menus and 10 € children's menu. our teens were only at a choice between bark meat or escape, and they were fled from koks. both menus (Terrine/Pave de boeuf or foie gras/confit de canard) were good to follow before the garlic soup and with cheese and nutcake. service I think inexperienced helper was in the night when we went, as they had no idea how to adapt their very fast French to slower listeners and...
The hostel is nice if you loved the old one the pleasant you will find yourself at the time of the tenarders with a meger that supervises everything including you even. The benefit is from the flight a breakfast just with bread and jam to 65 euros is the flight. It benefits from the financial manna that tourists represent. It shows the black coast of the region.
We were 10 friends to have spent 3 jrs there, we were listened to the reception of the authoritarian aubergist who wants to make no effort for his clients mediocre menus without diversity, almost vet locals with a scent of enclosed!!!!!I advise him to no one very dear for what we have in return in July with 30° not being able to eat in the shameful garden!

this hostel is among our favorites when we work in dordogne. At isabelle and reborn, it's kind of like we eat at our grandma. the kitchen is excellent from the entrance to the dessert (I have, moreover, forgotten the famous recipe of the nut cake). each time, we spend real, authentic and always full of good mood!
We got to the house of Isabelle as we were at our grandmother's house. for our professional travel we eat there often, we are not disappointed with the quality of the meals served. Her coconut eggs are falling. The frame is pleasant and reborn did not change anything. We love you.
isabelle take your retirement:- your customers and your waitress deserve a little more consideration on your part-- about your kitchen, you should review your manuals...but I think it's now too late.....

informal country house, quite remote. we ate in a beautiful garden, all very covered. no choice on the 22 Euro menu, eat in big pots / wish to help us.
in an atypical setting, reborn and isabelle will be welcomed with traditional and family cuisine and in a very good atmosphere!!!! to do!
