this was our 3rd stay in this beautiful hotel over a 25-year-old time span. it is one of our most unforgettable places. we were so glad that this wonderful facility is still in the possession of the same owner sandrine roti. the rooms are large, immaculate and full of history. eating is excellent! we stayed for 3 nights and booked the restaurant for 2 nights in advance. they were closed in the 3rd night or we would have booked it. we could visit outside to eat in the courtyard and watch the lights arrived on the hill. Previous visits we ate in the dining room with the kamin roaring. many thanks for another wonderful visit!
this restaurant that is connected to the hotel may have the most enviable location in vence, on the place du frene with a view of a magnificent view. it is operated by a mother and daughter team, serves qualitatiw high quality traditional French cuisine. high point for us was the “fire cooked” meat (at least two people to share), which is then cooked in its centuries-old open fireplace. we shared the saddle of the calf that was made perfection! the sun above the mountain and valleys of vence was the beautiful end of an unforgettable journey in the south of France for us.
We discovered this beautiful restaurant, a welcome as we rarely find it today, in small care for my pregnant companion. A very refined map, a top restaurant room. We have enjoyed the entrances, the dishes and the desserts. a really great service, a family spirit. short a great time, we recommend this establishment and we will come back with more people again thank you and very soon.

excellent time spent in a warm setting. The meats cooked in the fireplace are delicious, sandrine and her mom the owners have been in small care, no less than the claudio chef who cooks wonderfully well...Address to remember.
dinner more than succulent from beginning to end (I'm not a viandarde but the lamb fell in a pleasant, attentive, gentle and respectful staff, a real pleasure to have been able to eat with you last night!
