It is really most rewarding to visit this Auberge with its excellent cuisine in the small quiet village of Westhalten, Alsace, some 20 km's south of Colmar. This family-managed hotel offers spacious, clean and airconditioned rooms in a quiet setting. It is worth wile a detour. Being there, it is really a delight to enjoy lunch or dinner in the restaurant's surprisingly modern interior. The courses of the chosen menu were deliciously creative. The wine-list consists of numerous splendid regional Alsace-wines. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff.
a delicious meal, made of fresh products. We took the sensation menu that was very diverse, each dish was a discovery and a wonder for taste buds. impeccable service, the staff was in the smallest care, there was no false note. the sommeliere has advised us very well for the wine, offering us bottles at a very correct price (between 30 and 40th for very good wines, including a bottle of 2006). Soon a surprise for my spouse who was the birthday. The place is intimate and tastefully decorated, we feel good. We will come back with great pleasure!

Once again we have tasted the originality and freshness of the dishes served to the white horse, with the excellent sensation menu that has reserved us with beautiful surprises. good advice and warm service. good value for money.

a really high-end stay for a more than reasonable price the table is widely worth a prevening macaronservice and perfect plates were all excellent the koehler family is really at the top
couple meals with flat entrance and dessert. the value ratio is good, the quantities on the plates are very satisfactory (see too much;) a special mention for dessert! We'll be back!
