a great evening we were able to experience again (totally about 10 visits). the meat in the salt crust was presented very well, you can slash the salt and it has excellently mouthed. also the salate and the supplements as well as the ratatouille were good. the service was very nice also when it became totally stressful for the staff. we like to come back.

excellent bacchus fondue taken in this splendid place. the new christine boss directs this master's establishment. staff is very welcoming and very professional service. products are of excellent quality. I've done it again.

change of tenor but always as good!!! were very well welcomed and well served have eaten tartare to Italian extraaa, the roastbeef also and a roesti ham with very good morille too, super salad and dessert also!

we received very good horse meat incl. supplements with nice service and enjoyed the magnificent view over the NE lake. we are happy to come back!
