A small table without pretention but full of authenticity! We could spend years without having the idea of stopping there. The Auberge du Puy l’Abbé serves a roborative and tasty Cantalian food. Welcomed with kindness, after a few moments, we see two plates of cutters that make us understand that we won’t even have to kiss to choose our menu: the meal is simple, unique, and honors the local specialties. In the entrance so, a nice slice of dried ham, a thick round of super good sausage, and a bit of equally good pork rillettes. It's because it's the house. The portions are good. Certainly it is a workers' restaurant, but a menu with a 2-course entrance resistant a cheese and a dessert for 15 euros is correct. Only flat I didn't take dessert and I asked for a coffee exchange and I was answered yes. Except on the note, the coffee was billed to me. That's why I didn't put five stars.
Very disappointed, we had three entries: asparagus and then skipped to the queen and then a portion of cabbage. Then nothing, no resistance dish! The waitress offered us from the beginning of the cheese on which I rushed. 17 euros for that is abused. Very slow service, 2 hours at table for nothing to eat.
