Auberge du Velay - Reserva de mesa

We were staying with relatives in St. Didier and had our Christmas lunch at Auberge du Velay on Christmas Day.The restaurant is beautifully decorated; somehow interspersing 16th century architecture with modern comforts (and unusual - but unintrusive and beautiful - decorations).The staff were perfect and looked after us very well from the start. The three course Christmas set menu had a good selection of dishes to suit everyone. My scallop starter was absolutely perfect, and my fish main course divine. My "quad" selection of mini desserts was sublime - and I loved the pipette tubes to "inject" with sauces!I would definitely go out of my way to come back here if we were in the area again.

Venus for an evening, restaurant and hotel. Very beautiful room, in a newly renovated setting, just in front of the restaurant that keeps its promises amply , very fine meal , and a little too copyy ; . Royal breakfast, with a petty boss. The parking is nearby, the setting is very quiet. We will certainly return.

I was celebrating my 20s in this charming hostel and I loved, the dishes are succulent, the staff is adorable and the presentation of the dishes is too cute. Thanks to this restaurant I spent an unforgettable time I really recommend Reserva una mesa ahora

A very nice hostel with a quality service. We feel work in each of the dishes that are rich in flavors. We were placed in a round table in a space a little isolated from the rest what was really nice. I highly recommend!

Delicious, the kitchen is worthy of a starred restaurant. The staff is great they have a good team. The prices are a little high, but it's justified. Edited 20/05: always as good and well received, it deserves a star.

An exceptional moment with Fabrice and his entire team. We were there with a sports team and everything went great. Beautiful building and very pleasant restaurant. Kindness and service above all. Bravo
