The food here is quite good, but I wanted to focus on the cleanliness of the restaurant. The countertops were dirty and in need of cleaning, and there was also trash on the counter. There were four employees present, so I believe someone could have taken the time to wipe everything down. It's important for customers not to see any trash or food residue on the counters at any time. This store should maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the day.
Beware...Covid Risk. At Glen Burnie, 12:55 pm 4/29/30 Manager placed food in warmer with bare hands. We tried to educate her...she spoke perfect English first. Then, when we politely told her she was going to make people sick l, she didn?tunderstand English. It?s on camera. People need to be safe...pandemic is not a play thing. This is only written because they didnot take the education from a public health professional seriously.
Went this past Sunday, June 20, 2021, and had a horrible experience. 30 minutes to closing they had about 10 people in line and more to come, however, they had no products left and were not going to make anymore. I was trying to use my bogo pretzel item but was unable to due to lack of products and this coupon is now expired.
Employees were very unhelpful with eta’s for orders. Waited 40 minutes for 3 pretzels today. Would’ve left had it not been for a to-go order for someone else. Reserva una mesa ahora
They never have their food ready…they are always slacking and far behind. To have so many people working nothing gets done.
Order was messy. Looks like they put nuggets in a cup and dumped a ton of cinnamon sugar which never stuck to nuggets.
The customer service was disappointing. The manager was impolite and lacked empathy. I wouldn't recommend this place.
