My husband and I visited the mall and, after some shopping, we were in the mood for a snack. Unfortunately, there was only one young lady at the register who was doing her best to serve everyone, but the line was excessively long. Meanwhile, an older woman was just sitting in a chair nearby. Why didn’t anyone step in to help reduce the wait time? What happened to teamwork? Where was the manager? Frankly, she should be let go—this is poor business practice! Additionally, the jewelry stand across from Annie's mentioned that they had been operating without water for two months while still serving customers!
Auntie Anne's products are best enjoyed when freshly made for the customer, as they do not hold up well if they have been sitting in the display case for too long.
One of the most visited grocery stores in the store. I always see customers with this business, and I think this tells the quality of their food and service.
