This review is for Auntie Anne's in the King of Prussia Travel Center. The local outlets of these chain stores are unassuming: Good food, consistent prices, and staff who work quickly to serve customers on the go. I made a brief stop for coffee and a bite to eat. It had already been a rough day, and I accidentally dropped my food on the floor. I just wanted to grab my coffee and leave, but ended up in a bit of a mess. A team member from Auntie Anne's, with a lovely accent, came to my aid. He was incredibly kind and helpful. Kudos to Auntie Anne's for employing such wonderful individuals.

The restaurant staff was extremely unpleasant! We tried to purchase 2 pretzel dogs, which came to a total of $8, and we only had a $100 bill and a $5 bill. The guy informed us that they could not accept the $100 bill. When we inquired about the policy, he advised us to purchase just 1 pretzel dog instead. This is absurd; they should have a sign indicating such a rule.

Earlier today around 4pm, I went to place my order at the restaurant. The service was extremely disappointing as the lady taking orders was not only rude to me, but also gave attitude to another customer who politely requested for her to wear her mask properly. She rolled her eyes and continued handling food with the same gloves she used to handle money.

The pretzels at this restaurant are fantastic - they're chewy and come in a variety of flavors. The lemonade is also fantastic. It's the perfect snack to enjoy while you're shopping at the mall. Reserva una mesa ahora

I bought the Brezel bites at the place in the 2nd floor in the king of prerussia mall. the pretzel bites were very fresh and had a delicious butter taste with the right amount of salt.

The service at the lower level of the restaurant was extremely rude. The server's unpleasant expression seemed to convey the message that customers should just pay and leave.
