I always look forward to visiting Auntie Anne's, but this location really missed the mark today. The pretzels were overcooked, and some parts of the edges were almost burnt. I didn’t mention it at the time, but they just didn’t taste the same—too dry and not as soft as I remember. I’m really disappointed.
Thank you, Eric, for delivering my daughter's birthday treats to school! The kids absolutely loved them. The pretzels were warm, and he even brought a bucket of ice for the lemonade, along with plenty of cups and napkins. Eric was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful.
I took a quick break for a snack while doing my Christmas shopping and tried their cinnamon nuggets. They were fantastic—fresh, warm, and delicious! The staff was also very friendly.

It's been years since I last had pretzels from Auntie Anne's, and they were fantastic! It made for a great quick snack after my shopping trip!
The customer service is consistently excellent. The cashier was very polite and respectful. The food is also great.
The new drink they offer is fantastic and definitely worth the half-hour wait in line.
