Shante is the only one that has a pleasant and friendly presence. Her work ethics is great. Its a very small tight place so sometimes you would have to waitnon the line outside when it gets very busy. The previous times I've been here the other staff members were horrible and nasty. The cinabon is very good and tasty. I give it a 7/10. I would also like to add that yesterday around 10:20pm the service was HORRIBLE! Who ever is the manager you really need to fire and rehire
Terrible. Just terrible. All of workers are soooo rude and they seem not happy. And also don?t know what they are doing. I don?t care if pretzels are good. It?s not all of quality of foods. Also workers keep telling customers they have to wait for their pretzel and telling them wrong minutes. I have waited like 20 minutes when they told me 8 minutes. Wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone. There are more Auntie Anne?s in city so go somewhere else
Hats off to the lady and gents working their tails off on Saturday night. Turning out hot fresh pretzels and Cinnabon rolls. Non stop cooking in this tiny joint. But perfect. Counter was full of customers. And the workers kept baking and rolling out the dough (icy cinnamon rolls, pretzels etc etc). Tasty lemonade the kids and I loved. Tough location (Port Authority and Times Square) no matter. Perfect late night snack. Thanks!
I'm not sure if it's because of the time of day I visited, but the pretzels here were generally not fresh or flavorful. The location is right in the heart of the Port Authority/Times Square area, which might explain the limited selection each time I've been. Slim Pickins Cinnabon had a good selection of options, but the pretzel choices were very limited. There was hardly anything available. I overheard the customer in front of me being told it would be an 8-minute wait for a different flavor. The employee didn’t seem to enjoy his job at all and was quite unfriendly.
Great quick bite at Times Square. A bit pricey I believe 1 cup of mini hot dogs is 7.99 however it is delicious. Disadvantage is its tinny and there is always a line. And if you go later during the day there is a chance they won't have many products available. Cups look small however they are quite filling.
This is a tiny pretzel and Cinnabon spot located near the Port Authority. It feels more like a kiosk than a full-fledged store. The food is served hot and fresh, but I find it hard to justify spending four dollars on a pretzel, no matter how tasty it is. Also, the lines move quite slowly.
This location is in the mall. It's a busy little place with a little seating area. The bons taste as they should. A variety of coffee beverages and ice cream are offered. I only come to this mall location because of my son's love of cinnamon and sugar. Reserva una mesa ahora
It's a small shop, but it offers all the delicious buns that we adore! If you encounter a line, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.
