living in troyes for 1 and a half years I had the opportunity to test several restaurants and this one remains my favorite. the wine is of course their great strong point: you taste the screaming of the carefully selected and highly recommended tasty wines. big asset: they have a large selection of nature wines (=without pesticides or fertilizers or other synthetic products). But the kitchen is not in the rest: fresh and quality products cooked in respect of the seasons it changes those frozen preparations that most restaurants offer! the card changes all the time but in 5 visits I was never disappointed, it was always tasty. Add to this the good mood of the servers it makes you want to come...
the place is typical and must be. the dishes offered are perfectly made. It smells the terroir and good products. we are surrounded by pretty bottles of wines, all kinds that cover all the large French wine regions but not only. pleasant evening guaranteed. a little disappointment this time on desserts a little disappointing compared to the rest of the chef's proposals. Nothing catastrophic. do not hesitate to discover this place and especially remember to book. There are regulars.
Looks like you can eat here at the wine shop. The ambiance is nice and the mood is good. The dishes are good, but all simple. The flavors are definitely not wrong, but you don't fall back. So average. Plus, in our optical, the price quality relationship is just fine. It's actually an opportunity to eat something fast. definitely not a bistro to go to the tables. It's a nice wine collection and, of course, champagne. The service is correct.
The restaurant is a wine boutique and a lovely restaurant. As a customer, you can pick any wine from their stocks with an additional fee of 7 Euros. The menu includes different local specialties; we share a "Charcuterie plate", and tastes four different dishes including the famous 5A Andouillette! Lovely. This together with an excellent glass of Champagne and a glass of red wines recommended by the waiter. Check it out!

excellent acceuil, excellent wines and excellent cuisine! 3 entries, 3 dishes and 3 desserts of season. suppliers are indicated in the room (often organic) and always the possibility of trays of charcuterie and quality cheese, of course! Go to the closed eyes for lunch or dinner or just for a drink with a tray of charcuterie and/or cheese.
neo- bistrot offering a short card and wines that you can imagine chosen by passionate discoverers. Don't come here to look for the calm to declare your flame in mind ... but the conviviality is right there. slightly high prices but tourism has a well known effect.
After 3 years of absence I come back to the shouters and yes I am surprised nothing has changed the atmosphere shifted, the independence of the bosses, their passion for their trade, and obviously a short choice of dishes out of time. Just perfect.
In the flat plate of the day (tomates stuffed with lamb), excellent andouillette of the house thierryin the glasses robert plageoles, smithy stone, acre or gramenon area... Careful and effective service, and advices of the caviste.What happiness!

Amazing food! Amazing wine! Very good service. This Wine bar with a perfectly sized menu was the highlight of our trip. Would gladly take the train from paris just to experience again! GO!
a quality cuisine with fresh and seasonal products. The service is perfect, sometimes a little waiting but it's worth it!They miss a terrace!
