We booked this very sweet traditional restaurant on the basis of previous positive Tripadvisor reviews and they were spot on. This place is delightful! The restaurant is situated out of the city centre but within a 10 15 minute walk of the centre and, when we arrived at 8pm on a Saturday night! It was already almost full. We soon found out why: the smiling, friendly waiter, Stefan, bought out big portions of delicious local food. As he was waiting on all the tables by himself, service wasn’t quick but we didn’t mind because the atmosphere was lovely and glasses of Champagne at just 4.50 Euros helped as well. Nous étions de passage exceptionnellement sur troyes. Nous y avons brunché un dimanche midi. Cuisine faite maison, en respectant la saisonnalité des produits merci Aucune tomates concombre ou autres produits incongru pr un mois de février. Après l'appellation brunch n'est pas totalement correcte selon moi,il manque du pain, beurre, confiture et peut être même des mini viennoiseries pr compléter le côté petit déj. Là c'est un repas, entrée plat dessert sous forme de buffet de mini portion. Tout était très bon Un peu de beurre avec la charcuterie serait le bienvenue Bonne continuation à vous
The salty part is amazing! the warmth of cold, original and tasty preparations. sweet velvet/cocococo potatoes and cream burnt with fenouilles are pleasures. the sweet part of the very good homemade pancakes, cheesecakes and tiramisu very well prepared. everything is made at home even the iced tea. bravo to the whole team was a very good time in a very pleasant place or in good mood and conviviality reigns. If you come to the troyes (or the city to discover) come to the brunch of the birds that pass, it's excellent!
It would be easy to miss this restaurant when walking or driving passed it especially given that it isn't in the best location to attract the crowds. It works though. For an Englishman, the restaurant seems slightly quirky and rather French which as it happens, is how I like my restaurants in France! Lovely food, plenty of choice and very friendly service, we all had steaks even my children and they were all finished. It was the third time we had visited (the first post-Covid) and we've enjoyed every trip.

It’s difficult to add much different to the already good reviews online. Everything about this restaurant was good. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere on the Saturday evening and really tasty dishes. Without reading the reviews we would never have found this place but so glad we did. One note, their phone number on Tripadvisor is wrong and if you wish to make a reservation then look for the correct number on their facebook page
good restaurant, dishes are copied and very friendly staff. the rate is correct, only small flat: the bread disposed of in bags is too dry. otherwise friendly restaurant that is even suitable for vegetarian people.
Excellente adresse: cours intérieure très agréable pour manger dehors ou salle très agréable aussi! Carte courte mais cuisine avec des produits frais! Super accueil et service! Je reviendrais sans hésiter!!
