During a sailing tour and motorbike of the island, I was lucky to be introduced by a archeologist friend of this nice family, and was therefore very nicely received and treated, to the extent that I helped during the famous hazelnut festival, which elicited a huge free dinner, with local products only, served at a private table set just for me, while the place was crowded. When we were on the Island of Corse (Corsica) when the luck to visit the small city of Cervioni. There we found a pittoresc restaurant with the name of Aux Trois Fourchettes . The ambiance in this restaurant is wonderfull. The owners are very friendly people...who give their guests of feeling of being at home . The meals are great and it is impossible to describe all the delicious dishes that we had. Therefore we did go back a few times in one week, and everytime we had a great time. The owners surprised us with free fruit from their own garden when we left the restaurant. Really, we won 't forget the hospitality of these two people. the restaurant is tiny and stuffed by the daughter of the church. the terrace has a few tables and the inner a few more. the waiters are friendly and speak some basic English. they take their time, however, outside the certificates of Gault...Milaut and michelin are displayed (all for 2019,) which led us to try out the restaurants. the food is not expected. charcuterie corse was in order, but we have eaten this better in other restaurants. the main dish was pork chop with cannelloni and although the meat was seasoned nicely, it could not convince: the cannelloni were lukewarm and tasted completely generic. the salate that came with the court was nice. all in all, we cannot really recommend t...

Delicious local food with very friendly service. Small restaurant tucked under the side of the Cathedral, on the main village square - tiny covered terrace or inside. Very good value for money, for simple but good Corsican food. We went twice during our stay and both times shared an entree (between two as the portion is huge) of charcuterie avec crudite, followed by pork chops - delicious grilled with with rosemary and other herbs. Brocciu (cheese) cake very good. The Myrte 'digestive' on the house tops off a lovely evening.

eating is excellent, an old restaurant next to the great church. they also make their own weeping and jam. specialities from the region. we had a very nice stay!

This small restaurant in the heart of Cervione have a lot of traditional "spirit" within it. Food you eat is only from Corse and very tasty.
