Avenue Ale House - Reservar una mesa

When we all arrived, our server with a tattoo on his arm did not introduce himself and lacked proper service. I wanted to complain, but I didn't want to ruin the day. The server would ignore the men, even those who had been there longer, and instead ask the women for drinks, taking each drink order one by one which took an excessive amount of time. We ordered three appetizers: goat cheese fondue, calamari, and a vegetable dish. The calamari was rubbery and tiny, resembling popcorn chicken. The presentation was also subpar. I took my family to dinner and our waitress Kelly was great!!!!!!!! She is soooo attentive and very friendly! We had a long week at work, so our energy was very low, but when Kelly helped us her more positively, the high spirit gave us so much energy! We fed her energy and we loved her!!! The food was great and the staff is great! In any case, come back more often! My children loved her! Thank you. Large family environment????

I don't understand why Avenue Ale House allows reservations through Open Table. When my friend arrived first, he was informed that there was no reservation on file. When he asked about our reservation through Open Table, he was told that they do not honor reservations made through that platform. If they do not utilize Open Table, they should consider removing their restaurant to avoid frustrating customers.

The food lacked flavor. The side salad was made of tasteless lettuce and croutons. I was looking forward to trying the vegetarian options, so I ordered the portobello panini, but it was mostly goat cheese and peppers with very little mushroom.

Our waiter, Gabriel, was awesome but the food was not great. My spinach dip was nothing but oil from the cheese and they were out of a lot of menu items.
