The layout is quite strange, and there wasn't a place to dispose of the paper cup I received. However, the one person managing the overnight shift did a commendable job under the circumstances. I would recommend that the owners consider having more than one person working during the night.

Well run a&w, we were there 3 times over a weekend. Staff is friendly and seem to like their jobs. Young woman on evening shift has a good attitude and helped us get better value out of the menu. Clean facility. Arby's and McDonald's in US could learn a lesson.

The fried chicken burger wasn't crispy and lacked any sauce. The onion rings arrived in one big clump. It's time to invest in better quality control and manage your business more effectively.

Slow and incomplete service. Second time in a row asked for ketchup with my take out order they didn’t give it. Had to wait over 10mins for my order. This location needs

The staff seemed completely incompetent. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru just to get a drink.
