Bought a chicken tender meal. The tenders this location uses have been switched and not for the better. My food was served to me luke warm at best. The fries had to be thrown out, they weren’t edible due to them being stale. They used to be known for their hand breaded tenders but the ones I received tasted like frozen microwave tenders they nuked in the microwave. Very disappointed and waste of my money.
They are good at honoring mug club benefits but I agree with so many that they are horribly slow. The only A&W in town since the glory days of the Airway A&W on the Beltline near the airport. Our last and only hope to have some nostalgia and Root Beer. The Pandemic era isn't a reason to not get to stepping on the quicker service.
We waited for our food for 35 minutes. We noticed that some other people cut in line and received their food before us, while others just stood around with the workers doing nothing. No discount was offered and it was difficult to communicate what we had ordered. This wait should not have been so long!
Food was horrible. Don’t let me start on how a ROACH was floating in my cup. I waited by the shake area all I seen was fruit flies flying all over the strawberries and the things to build up a shake. Love the blended root beer float shake! And the cheese curds were great!Staff were working hard and I appreciated the young man expediting the orders. He was quick, efficient, and loud enough so you could actually hear what order was up on the counter in such a busy mall.
Never usually have a problem here but dang tonight was horrible. I only ordered 2 drinks and the 2 employees running the counter were on their phones, and or gawking and flirting with the customers. Literally so unprofessional. Waited 12 minutes for 2 large drinks
SLOWWWWW. I waited in line for 10 minutes. Still the same 3 people in line waiting to order.Watching their one employee move and a snail pace.Ended up leaving because they were slow.If you plan on eating here you better give yourself An hour

The food at this restaurant was decent, but unfortunately the service was lacking. The employees were extremely rude and even managed to mess up my order despite me repeating it twice.
