I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I asked a staff member for a price check, she rudely replied that the menu was right in front of me and that I could look it up myself. I decided to approach the manager, but she was already exhibiting a negative attitude when I entered. Before I could even say anything, she began to raise her voice. When I inquired about a specific item’s price, she claimed they had just received new menus and didn’t know the prices yet, even though it was obvious that they could easily look it up on their computer. Overall, it was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

I understand that everyone is understaffed, so it was really disappointing when I received a burger with extra mayo after waiting 30 minutes. That made me late for my shift, especially since I spent $12 on something I couldn't eat. I'm just really fed up with fast food. I know it's not the workers' fault since they are overworked, but I work hard too, and I don't want to pay $12 for something I can't enjoy.
We’ve been having issues with this location for a year, but our last visit just last week was the final straw. The employees were rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. It took over 41 minutes to receive two overcooked chicken sandwiches. Two other customers left after waiting more than five minutes to be served. The best KFC to go to is the one on Sunrise at Curby—clean, respectful, friendly, and pleasant—a true 6-star store. The Auburn Blvd. location deserves only half a star, if that.

I used to love A&W for their signature soft serve ice cream, but I was completely disappointed today. The customer service was poor, and they couldn’t get my order right at the drive-thru. It also seems like A&W has replaced their creamy soft serve with a grainy, ice milk-like texture—either to save money or I was served a bad batch. It was awful, so I threw it away and won’t be returning.
I ordered a 4-piece chicken strip meal with fries and a soda, but instead, I received 4 pieces of regular chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits, and a soda. This was quite disappointing. The price was also excessive. Overall, I was thoroughly let down.
There was no one else at the drive-thru when I visited the restaurant. It took 20 minutes to receive my hamburger and chili dog. The staff was friendly and tried their best to be helpful, but they were a bit slow in fulfilling the orders.
I ordered two hot dogs, but when I got home, there were no hot dogs—only fries and mashed potatoes. While I should have checked before leaving, the order was completely wrong. Your staff really needs to get organized.
