I would not go here again.. before pandemic we have very friendly staff and the products they ensure customer is very important…No smile from attendants or greetings and am not be racial but my last two experiences were served by asians and Indians..Would not visit again..Today I got Nashville hot burger and the chicken is over fried and no pickles and no signature sauce…wanted to return but my comment would contradict and cannot throw Cos it is expensive..Visited barrie anw location.. awesome experience and they said it would take 4 mins to serve fresh chicken and it was amazing taste..Am not sure who owns this franchise but am not happy at all… they charge 40cents for chipotle sauce as wel...
This is the second time I've reviewed this A&W. This a&w used to be excellent. They have now gone the extreme opposite way. They charge you for things and don't give them to you, twice now ordered combos paid for fries didn't get fries. If you ask for specific toppings they just don't put anything on your burger. Do not waste your time with this A&W. They are rude and clearly don't care about the customer, all they care about is ripping you off. I love it when the usual crews are here! They are nice, friendly and I could even debate one of the best A&W franchises I've ever been to. But what happened was there was some slack employee who randomly put our order and I ordered a Buddy burger and added Lettuce, Tomatoes and Pickles. They scammed me and removed the rest of the stuff so the grilled onions and the sauce! AND they charged me 5 dollars for that burger and the usual price is 2.19 and even after adding the toppings, around 3 dollars! Then, they gave it to me and the slop was so dry and they gave me only half a tomato slice and 3 ridiculously small slices of pickle. I suggest everyone to only come here on weekdays...
this is one of my favorite places where the personal is so friendly that it is a care and they were always very timely with the meals they have always been so polite and have always left me time frames when my food will be ready, it is honestly the biggest help in communication recommend this place Reserva una mesa ahora
