A&w Canada - Reservar una mesa

Pre-pandemic, i ate there all of the time. It was clean, staff was very courteous friendly. Went there for breakfast this time found the place dirty. Noticed that there was dried scrambled egg fuzz/hair dried on the wall next to the table i sat at, the floors were dirty the staff was very occupied with socializing than with the upkeep of the premises. The Newmarket location at Green Lane Yonge Street has lost my business.

This restaurant deserves 0 stars. The staff only put a few salad leaves, a slice of tomato, and a thin slice of meat on my burger. I ordered a beyond meat salad for $12 and they forgot to include the potatoes, tomatoes, red onions, pickles, etc. On top of that, they closed at 9:48 when they were supposed to be open until 10pm. I will not be returning after this disappointing experience.

I went to the restaurant to purchase a frozen root beer. I was disappointed that they did not serve it in a frosted mug, even though they had many available. Despite their advertisements showing the drink in a frosted mug, they insisted they did not serve it that way. If I had wanted a plastic cup, I would have gone to Wendy's for a frosty instead.

Staff here are so nice and try to cater to each customer's needs and wants. I'd give them a 10 stars if I could. Can not say enough about how amazing and nice they are.Amazing work guys! I see you working ur butts off and making it work while under staffed. All the while still be really upbeat and personable.

I've ordered a mozzarella/mushroom buddy burger and the lady said that there's no mushroom, so i went for regular buddy burger and guess what, i got no onions it, just ketchup!!? the whole point of the buddy burger is the caramelized onions.Usless

Food is always good. Breakfast is tasty and so are the burgers. The drive thru has been slow a few times. There was an error in my order once and the staff was very quick in correcting it. Very friendly staff.

I recently tried the A&W breakfast special and I absolutely loved it. The presentation was great and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be returning. Kudos to the entire staff for a job well done!

Always good food at A W, they did however forget the bacon on my burger which I didn't check until I got home, will know to check before I leave the drive thru next time!

I was on the other side of town and needed a quick lunch break. I placed my order in person and it was ready on time. I was pleased with the meal - it was delicious.

Always good food but the drive through service at this location is a little slow the few times I've gone so far. Not sure if new staff?
