I'm so sorry to hear that you did not like the waffles.At the beginning of our business, we used to serve two types of Belgian waffles, Brussels waffle Liège waffle. Brussels Waffle seems to be what you wanted, which is softer, especially in the middle part, than Liège waffle.Liège waffle is a richer, denser, sweeter, and chewier waffle. It is the most common type of waffle available in Belgium.Since Liège waffle is better fit to the Ice Cream, we decided to serve just Liège waffle in our store.Thanks for your interest in our waffles again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I work around the corner from bene bene, me and my family are in there all the time! we all have our favorites: my brother only drinks the americana coffee extra milk), my daughter needs a scoop of ice cream OR milkshake after a long day of school and I love the Waffles for desert !!! We had the hot chocolate tonight and I fell in love with the teddy face on top! Ladies you must get one !!!

Yesterday evening was our first visit and what a treat!! The owners are so sweet, and the food was WONDERFUL! We each had a waffle with ice cream on top, and it was heavenly. It was very carefully crafted, and unlike any other waffle I've ever had. Truly a pleasure, and I look forward to many happy returns.

I was just on a date walk with my bf when we noticed this cute waffle and ice cream shop. The people who work there are beyond nice, like they go out of their way for you to enjoy your experience there. AND the crepes are AMAZING. So delicious. Will come here again for sure.

Came in here on a hot Summer day. I was craving for something heavy and cool. I found that the owners were very kind and thoughtful. Overall geniune and kind service and waffles! Kawartha ice cream in blackberry thunder on top makes it even better. Lovely presentation too.

Been here a couple times, and each time, the experience was great. Owners are friendly and the food is great. One time when I was craving a certain drink, they even made it for me even though it wasn't on the menu!

Mint Hot Chocolate on a cold winter's night from here was exactly what the doctor ordered. Great treats and very kind staff! We will be back.
