I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and unfortunately, I've experienced poor service each time. The cups of chipotle mayo were hardly half full, the cheese on my burger was dry, and the salad was quite wilted—very disappointing! The cashier always appears to be in a bad mood; she doesn't greet customers or wish them a nice day, nothing at all! It's the same cashier every time and she lacks basic courtesy. I find it frustrating because I really enjoy A&W, and when I visit the River Center, I like to shop and grab a bite to eat at the same time. However, I will have to reconsider this in the future.
