I waited in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes just to order cheese fries. When I finally received them, they were hard and unappetizing. The staff had me pull up and wait for my order, only to be handed the fries with a curt "here you go." When I asked for extra ketchup at the window, the girl assured me she would give it to me, but ended up not providing any at all. Unable to eat my meal, I had to go to another restaurant nearby and spend more money.
