A&W Restaurant - Reserva de mesa

On Monday Sept 3 2018 my parents and I went in and had such a repulsive experience we turned around and left. To begin with there were flies crawling on everything... the menu, counters, food prep counters, areas food waiting to be passed to customers goes.. they were everywhere. Next one of the guys working behind the counter came out and shoved past my senior mom and knocked her off balance to wipe the single table another customer was sitting at without a simple excuse me or sorry or anything. To turn around and go back behind the counter and not wash his hands and reach straight into grabbing a drive thru customers food. He also continued to ignore us standing there waiting to order. We stopped here for a quick bite while on the road. The service was amazing the ladies were super friendly. The food was fast and very good. My only comment was that one of the cleaning people collected the dirty dishes and such from the restaurant and came into the area where we were ordering right in front of the kitchen area and put the dirty dishes down. It seemed odd that they were not taken into the back another way. Instead they would have to be walked through the kitchen. Just saying. Not exactly sanitary.

I called in an order over the phone for the mama burger promo. Carol answered and took my order. Carol and the team members promptly assembled the burgers in a timely manner. The quality was amazing. Two thumbs up to Claresholm A&W staff members Yes please share.

The restaurant had a strong smell that was not typical of a burger place. It seemed like it was coming from their grease drain, and there were an excessive amount of flies. I usually enjoy dining out, but this experience was disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was good, employee Jay loudly disparaged employees in front of customers, bragged about doing mushrooms, rudely got me in trouble for usuing the wrong garbage. Overall good experience ruined by one bad employee.

Highly suggest you support somewhere that up holds your rights and freedoms. That isn't brainwashed by media media government LIES.

Over 20 minutes in drive thru and parking lot waiting for food. No napkins or salt (requested) in bag
