Awt's The Greyhound On Gallowstree

Sent an email asking for a table for 3 for 12:00 on a Sunday. Arrived at 11:45 to find the entrance to the garden closed and padlocked.A member of staff advised that as they served food from 12:00, the entrance would remain closed until then.Once we got in, it turned out the booking had been made for 4 and was challenged as to who made the error.Food was excellent, quick and well presented.Unfortunately let down by the welcome and staff attitude.

The staff are so welcoming and made everyone at the table feel special. Food was fantastic and something on the menu for everyone. The garden looks amazing and inside is so eclectic. Will definitely be returning when I'm not pregnant so I can try the Wagu beef!

Expensive, although worth the extravagance; the finest food I've enjoyed for a long time.Substantial, yet light, delicate and delicious throughout.A birthday treat I'd recommend to anyone.
