This little restaurant is a showcase for the products of the Aymeric Cassoulet factory although they produce lots of foods aside from cassoulet. It is unpretentious and very good value. The menu du jour entree, plat, and dessert for The menu varies...every day and if you don't like the choice of the day, you can go al la carte for a small additional charge. I never choose tripe so when it is the main dish, I choose something else. The coq au vin and the gorgeous guinea fowl casserole are very very acceptable to me, as are many of the other specials. I won't repeat everything that contactcarmel has written but I agree with it all. Whenever I visit Limoux I make sure that I have at least one lunch at this simple, spotlessly clean and bright restaurant. The staff are delightful and the food is delicious,...wholesome and extraordinarily good value. The menu de jour' courses for euros is incredible. The food is beautifully presented and plentiful and the wine is good too. Part of the building is a fascinating shop which is well worth a visit. We have also bought a cassoulet to take home to enjoy. Other restaurants could learn a lot from this one. Highly recommended and huge thanks to the lovely staff.
purely accidentally we discovered this restaurant something on the outside of limoux. it is only a few minutes walk from the center of limoux and the restaurant has many parking places when they come with the car. they offer a menu of euro, very good value. but not that suitable for vegetarian or vegan! eating is beautiful and worth every cent. beautiful weine presented in attractive bottles. it makes fun to have a walk through the load afterwards and they will discover that their menu is a window for their products. I will definitely go back to try more of the food, but for a quick and cheap lunch, the set menu is a great amount!
the restaurant was very busy with locals on the lunch break and we were happy to get the last table. eating is very good, from a well-priced menu. Regional dishes up to a la carte menu offers a greater variety. we will definitely be back at our next visit in limoux. Interestingly, the restaurant has its own loading, the cans and glasses of the offers sold on the menu.

the restaurant serves good local specialties, well prepared and supplied by friendly helpful staff at their table. locals use it regularly and praise it very much. I can't blame it. a small load on the side sold the same food processed for her home. give it. a try! You always come back.
a bit from the city, but the most friendly service we eat with great value lunch so worth. nothing complicated, but the euro lunch was right. fun to turn it. buzzy and good atmosphere. a lot more in the offer on the menu, but we wanted the entry level to lunch quickly.
