This was the worst Mexican cuisine we have ever tasted. The service was extremely poor, with the waiter showing no care at all. He tossed the napkins onto the table instead of placing them gently, and served the dishes rudely. The food itself was bland and lacked flavor. Despite ordering different items, they all tasted the same - plain cooked vegetables without any sauce or spice. The fajitas were served cold, indicating that our order had been sitting for a while before being delivered. The chicken dish I ordered was supposed to have Jalapeño sauce, but there was no hint of spice at all. It tasted dirty and flavorless. We had such a terrible experience that we couldn't even finish our meal...
I am unsure who is in charge of this restaurant, but it seems that the manager and the host were not very helpful in fixing my order or preparing it the way I requested. I understand that third-party services handle refunds, but I felt that they could have made an exception in this case. When I approached the manager, there seemed to be some hesitation. After speaking with other staff members, I was eventually able to get the chef to remake my food, but they were unable to deliver it to me. This experience has made me realize that I will not be dining at this restaurant again. I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service and hospitality every time I visit. Estela provided outstanding service, and my children were very appreciative of her friendly demeanor. The food was fantastic as usual, and the margarita made with Casa Migos tequila was excellent! I am thankful for the warm welcome and I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you once again for a wonderful experience.
order delivery with take-off of to get a good food. the escaped were slandered and not as described. the only thing that was good was the Queso-Dip, bit definitiw not worth $10, more like $5 or $6. the container was less than 1/2 full. the rest of the food had no taste. paid over $50.00 for eating, which tasted like it came from taco bell would not recommend! My son took me to Azteca for Mother's Day because it is one of my favorite places. Their food is delicious and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. I especially love their chips and salsa! I was disappointed when the Bellevue location closed, but I now frequent the Kirkland site. The service is friendly and quick as well.
