I 'm only at the entrance... but already I 've fallen in love with the place... the waitress and the chef... the wine whose photo you will see... an orange wine ... magnificent, wonderful and if I had another adjective in m to show my wonder it would already be written... More in a few minutes... Here 's the rest: siphon veal tab, Parmesan potato, chimi churri sauce, pan-fried mushrooms... again a delight... the mixture of origins is perfect... neither too much nor too little. chimi churri potato Parmesan... associated with mushrooms and tab!!! It 's really unique, we 're almost in UMAMI... I WILL BE BACK ASAP!!! watch out dessert is coming!!! Nothing more to say than: I 'll come back quickly before the menu changes so I can taste the rest of the menu... But still the blueberry buttermilk ice cream is delicious... acidity and sugar... wow!!!! Chilli chocolate yes but (there had to be a but!! lack of chilli for my taste... and special thanks for the cardamom in the whipped cream!! I found my canteen nothing negative in the term canteen!!! Go there with your eyes closed... your mouth open and your taste buds on the alert

Hot atmosphere, especially near the stove The kitchen is upstairs. It's my third time at noon and I've never been disappointed! I highly recommend!
