Very rare for me to write a google review, but I truly had one of the best restaurant experiences of my life at Bab Alsalam recently. Not only was the food excellent, but the service was impeccable. The person working there was incredibly helpful when ordering, offering suggestions for how to get the best value for our money based on what we wanted (instead of trying to upsell). They got slammed with to-go orders right as we got in and had to wait a long time for fresh rice. Not only did the person working apologize profusely, he also offered us free falafel and additional hummus as an apology while we waited. Great, trustworthy business, definitely worth a visit!
I received no notification that my order was canceled by the restaurant, and now I have to wait up to 5 days for a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Delivery service was rated as 1, with dinner priced at $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere were all ranked as 1.
I love this restaurant! The food is absolutely amazing and the owner is very personable and makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend the homemade Hummus. Amazing pricing for the quality. Definitely my go to for when I have a taste for Mediterranean cuisine.
