Great prompt service for a Friday night. The waitress was nice but overly helpful. Boyfriend ordered 'The King ' I had the 'Baby Blues Bayou '. Both of us had baked beans potato salad for our sides. The beans were good; however, something was missing...Potato salad was slightly bland. BUT the meat shrimp we 're right down delicious!! Holy cow!! One bite I had died gone to Heaven : I had their sweet tea was rather happy with it. Overall, a very nice experience. Although I will say, I much rather go try out their lunch specials save myself a buck or two b/c it was slightly overpriced.

I’ve heard that Baby Blues has the best wings in Venice, and I can definitely confirm they are delicious. It's a good idea to try a variety of flavors, as they all share a similar taste profile but highlight different nuances. The sweet, spicy, and hot flavors are must-haves, while the BBQ and XXX varieties are excellent choices, perhaps even for starters. Good Southern BBQ. Having lived in The South for many years, one comes to know and love well executed Southern BBQ. While it may not surpass the greatness you might find at some hole in the wall in the hot, humid, uncivilized backwoods of this vast country, this local dive is perhaps the best you could expect around these parts. The lunch specials available until 4 PM offer great value. I enjoyed a variety of meats, including excellent hot links with a smoky chili flavor, as well as brisket and pork that were flavorful, although slightly chewy. While it may not be the best BBQ around, the staff were friendly, and the quirky restaurant atmosphere really stands out in this otherwise bland area.

This place has fantastic BBQ! Baby Blues is absolutely excellent! Honestly, I didn’t expect to find such good BBQ in Southern California! The beef rib is among the best I’ve ever had – I would definitely recommend it from their menu. I also tried the Blue Devil platter, which turned out to be a bit too much food for me, but I gave it a try anyway!

While on holiday from Australia, I wanted to try some authentic USA BBQ, and Baby Blues was conveniently nearby. We took an Uber there, and we certainly didn't regret it. The Memphis-style ribs and brisket were absolutely perfect, and I loved all the side dishes. The meal was exactly what we were craving and completely satisfied our BBQ cravings.

OMG Ahhhmazing! Go and Go now! The perfect meal after a perfect day at the beach. The service was as amazing as the food and tip your bus boy because he works just as hard if not harder than the servers. Absolutely fantastic! I visited Baby Blues BBQ two summers ago while on vacation, and it was the best food I've had in a long time. I was truly amazed by the incredible barbecue. And the mac and cheese? Simply to die for!
