We've been here before on Fridays and had fine experiences. Enough that this has become a somewhat regular spot for us. The food has always been top notch. Tonight was different and there was definitely a party in the back room and some rather large groups. We had a reservation and everything seemed fine as usual but busy. The ambiance is great here and the Christmas decorations and live music were fantastic. We were there for almost two hours and the order and timing of everything seemed off. Our mains took over 45min from order which normally would've been fine, but based on our waiters dashing back and forth to the kitchen, it really seemed like our order was forgotten in the rush of the large tables around us. It was evident in the food too unfortunately. The chicken Parm was lukewarm and the pasta on the side was blazing hot but completely unsalted. The bada bing beef which LOOKED amazing, was similarly unseasoned. It all kind of seemed mistimed and rushed by the kitchen. This was never an issue the other times we've been here but it was also much less busy. I don't think the staff can handle a full house so I wouldn't recommend going on a night that seems booked. If the parking lot seems full, choose another restaurant. It's just too expensive to have a lack luster experience.
