Awesome! Bagá Restaurant is very small, 9 diners, and we were lucky to be at the bar (which we love, it's like being in the front row of any show). We were very surprised by the creativity of the kitchen. With basic products (everything of the highest quality, of course) they prepare some fascinating dishes. Peter, it's lovely! Congratulations! Viaja por sensaciones gastronómicas electrizantes. En un espacio reducido tanto en el comedor como en la cocina como nunca he visto en un restaurante de este nivel. What about Bagá? Well, it's quite an experience. There is not much to add to everything written in articles and reviews. You have to go and enjoy. After my second visit, Pedrito Sánchez continues to show how more can be done with less. A succession of dishes with a couple of ingredients to which he makes an incredible match.
