The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, albeit a bit small, and the staff is friendly. However, it’s clear that it’s not what it once was. I visited this morning, and to my disappointment, there were only three types of bagels available, with the bins looking nearly empty. It was only 10:30 AM, which made it seem like business was quite slow. The most concerning part was the taste of the bagel, which was so unpleasant that I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it. This was my second visit since their reopening, and I had hoped that my first experience was just a fluke, but the food quality was disappointing again. Disappointing Experience Due to Hidden Fees. Even a basic request, like having a plain bagel sliced, comes with an extra charge. Really? It's disheartening to feel like I'm being charged for every little thing. Unfortunately, this policy of hidden fees has made me reconsider my decision to return. Be careful, and good luck if you choose to visit. I used to love this place, especially since it reopened, but lately, I've noticed a growing number of unexpected charges. Who knows, you might even get charged just for sitting down to enjoy your bagel.

The restaurant itself is extremely clean and well-organized. It's spacious with plenty of seating, and each table is spotless, just like the counters and work areas. I ordered an egg sandwich on a bagel, and I have to say, their bagels are delicious, large, and fresh. The egg sandwich was cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable my meal was, offering great value for the quality. This place is an exceptional bagel deli for breakfast, lunch, and more, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's definitely worth the trip!

The bagels were a great size, had excellent texture and taste, and were fresh and evenly baked. The service was outstanding—fast, friendly, and professional. The interior has a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with a service counter running the length of the left side and a variety of bagels on display at the end. We were thrilled with our purchase and can't wait to return!

I was thrilled to see that this was opening. I went in yesterday and was so disappointed. The simple order of a buttered sesame bagel and small coffee was seemingly too much for the multitude of people behind the counter. How is a bagel stale and uncooked at the same time? Hope you get your act together.

I recently visited this location and I love what they’ve done with the place. I had my go-to order of an everything bagel with cream cheese and it was excellent. The staff here is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely be back!
