ALERT!!! DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT!I asked for a Bacon egg and swiss cheese on a bagel.They give you soy bacon instead of real bacon and they wont tell you! The girl tells me the owner John, says intentionally don’t tell them because he doesn’t want to lose a sale.They should and probably will be sued.They charge me $10 for the thing use fake bacon and American cheese. I had to go to work otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund.This place can kick rocks.

The line at this store can sometimes be very long, and the food is on the pricey side. However, the customer service is very good. The bagels are great especially when they just came out of the oven and are still hot. I usually order an everything bagel. The cream cheese and lox spread is very tasty and so is the scallion cream cheese.

I paid $8 for a sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon, only to discover that the bacon is “veggie”. The person helping me should have told me that it wouldn’t be real bacon. I’m 7 months pregnant and that’s all I wanted this morning.

Got a bacon egg and cheese not sure what kind of bacon this was but it was disgusting they should at least let customers know before they pay $8 for fake bacon that taste like paper

The sandwich was good, but the cost was high.
