The food at this restaurant is delicious, however, I had a negative experience with the woman who took my order. She was not very friendly and repeated my card information over the phone, which made me uncomfortable as there were other people around who could potentially write it down. When I asked her not to repeat it, she snapped at me saying she wasn't around anyone. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when I received it. When I called to explain, she again started arguing with me and ultimately offered to refund my money if I returned the food. Ive waited to write this review in hopes they get there act together. They are way overpriced. If you go to bagel brunch do not go if your trying to save money.They charge $10 for a ham and cheese on a roll with no condiments and on top of it egg platter with bacon does not come with toast.You def wont get a bang for your buck here
I work at the nursing home up the street and I finally decided to give this spot a chance. The food was good and the service was amazing. I just wish they had a little more variety. I would like to see them add corn beef hash to their breakfast menu. Other than that everything is amazing!

Been to Bagel Brunch lots of times. Food is good and staff is very friendly. Their coffee is good. Don't get the lattes, it comes premade from a machine and was way too sweet. They have parfaits, cookies and other pastries. Delicious.
I use to love this place but now the sandwiches aren’t the same everytime I make an order they get it wrong it’s just the total opposite of what it used to be
