Ordered the pretzel bites with cheese dip, the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites, and the pepperoni pretzel melt.Overall, just avoid this place. The pretzel dough tastes like the basic soft pretzels you may get in high school or a shitty fair. You can definitely tell the difference between this place and wetzels or auntie Anne's. The latter are relatively superior. *Too Good to Go Review*I ordered for a pick up for a Tuesday at 5 pm via Too Good to Go. The app allows you to order a surprise bag of a restaurants remaining food for the day, for a discounted price. I'm the bag was a row of pretzels, pretzel nuggets, cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, and a pepperoni stick. While the amount of food we received was appreciated, we ended up having to throw most of it out. Most of the items tasted like they were from the day before and not the day of. The row of pretzels was so chewy. The only thing that was decent was the pepperoni stick. I recently tried Too Good to Go and ordered a pick up for Tuesday at 5 pm. This app allows you to order a surprise bag of a restaurant's remaining food for the day at a discounted price. In my bag, I received a variety of pretzels, pretzel nuggets, cinnamon sugar pretzel nuggets, and a pepperoni stick. While I appreciated the amount of food we received, most of it tasted like it was from the previous day rather than fresh. The pretzels were too chewy, but the pepperoni stick was the only item that was decent. The cheesesteak, pretzel dog, and spicy sausage caught my eye, so I am willing to give it another try in hopes of getting fresh items next time.

The pretzels at this restaurant are delicious! However, I was really turned off by the fact that the employee serving my pretzels never removed her gloves. She continued to handle the register and touch her ear with the same gloves she used to grab my pretzels, which grossed me out. It would be better if they were more mindful of hygiene practices, such as having a separate person handle the register if gloves are not going to be removed.
Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! I’ll definitely be back soon.
Gross !!! MOLDY. Obviously, these were not freshly baked as they claim to be this was the order I placed days ahead. Besides the fact, they were hard as a rock and barely any salt on them. The entire layer on the bottom of the $40 ! Tray was stuck together by MOLD. Needless to say spent the next in the bathroom
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff members were extremely friendly. In particular, the young server with a ponytail was very polite.
