I had a fantastic experience with the lox bagels here. The bagels were so flavorful that they would have been enjoyable on their own, which is impressive because I usually crave bold flavors. The staff was clearly busy, but they were friendly and got my order out quickly. I've had lox on bagels with scallion cream cheese at many different places, so I have to admit that this one was a bit saltier than I’m used to, but that might just be my personal preference since I don't normally add salt to my food. Definitely worth a visit! The coffee was also very good. Thank you! We will definitely be back again! Just look at that beautiful food!

I had a very disappointing experience at this bagel shop. The staff was incredibly rude. When I asked the girl assisting me a couple of questions, she overreacted and responded with a nasty attitude over something as simple as bagels. It felt very unprofessional and immature. I’m not sure what has happened to customer service standards in 2023, but it’s concerning. To top it off, this girl hadn't even lifted two tubs of cream cheese before declaring herself exhausted and ready to be done with her shift — and she had just clocked in! Overall, the bagel shop was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning. It’s truly unfortunate!

Walked in 2 separate times there were about 6 people working 3 of them talking and hanging around and stood there for 5 to 10 minutes with nobody even looking over and coming up up to me the place It's bad never ever go there if you're on your way to work and time is important Tries to come off as a Jewish deli I've never seen more pork ham shrimp meat and cheese In my life they break more Jewish laws then possible

This place has the best bagels in town! However, I’ve noticed that baked goods and local foods can be quite pricey, probably due to the regulations affecting our farms and local food producers. Politicians seem to be driving up costs, making food less affordable. We really need to bring prices back down. Despite this, it remains one of the top spots in the county! Reserva una mesa ahora

Everything is bad bad food, bad service. The staff all look like ex convicts. Guy was rude over phone, not much better in person. Biting into their bagels is like biting into cardboard. Have gotten burritos from here not very good, fell apart in my hands. Only go here as a last resort.

Wow! The breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the selection of fresh baked goods is amazing. We also ordered our Thanksgiving turkey here—a 25-pounder—along with some incredible sides. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is outstanding.

Got the bagel with cream cheese w/lox and have to admit it was as good as the ones in NYC. Never came in The Bagel Shoppe before because I don't normally associate good bagels with upstate NY. I plan to try the other items available there in the future!!

The bagel shoppe is were I go for great bagels. I pass other shops to get there. The bagels are always fresh and the staff is very friendly. I always get service with a smile, even when they are very busy. Reserva una mesa ahora

Friendly staff but the bagels were some of the worst I've had. Also the $14 cream cheese and lox sandwich was very skimpy.... one 2 very thin slices of salmon.
