So I've been coming to this establishment since they have opened and I usually come here maybe twice a month. Today I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a everything bagel, a large ice coffee and a muffin which i asked to have delivered to my job which is right down the block. First it took a hour and twenty minutes to to get my order and when I opened it the ice coffee had spilled all over everything, and the egg sandwich was cold and they didn't put any cheese on it. This isn't the first time they have messed up my order and for some reason I keep on wanting to give them another chance and time and time again my order is wrong. When you call and complain the manager could really careless...
first time there. It was closest to where I was visiting. I waited for a bit, no one behind the counter. the fella that came was very nice. After ringing my order, he never asked if I wanted a bag for my soda the small bag he put my food in. I also had to carry my coffee. I was mumbling to myself as I left trying to juggle all that was in my hands as I went for my keys. The breakfast sandwich was fine. But the cheese danish in my opinion was stale. Not sure if I would go there again, too many places available to me. sorry.
This is the best bagel shop in all of New York! The bagels are incredibly delicious and always fresh. And don't even get me started on the sandwiches! You can really taste the freshness in every ingredient. The management here is fantastic as well, with wonderful people who provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend visiting regularly!
If there was an option to give this bagel store 10000 stars I would! There staff is so welcoming and everything is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend you guys get the Good morning special. Best way to start your morning! I highly recommend this bagel store. You will not regret it!

Good NY bagels, flat bottom round top. Good sandwiches. Nice area to eat. Lots of employees to prevent long lines on the weekend.
I visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised; I wasn't disappointed at all. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The staff is fantastic! I really enjoy the rainbow bagels, and I’m excited that they now offer soft serve ice cream.
