Updated again: The past 3 visits have been disappointing. Used to book out for cmas parties and unfortunately some ppl still use this as a 'big life events ' restaurant. The server was a man in his 50s that has definitely served me before. Our last visit was a woman who seemed new, she blamed poor food and service on covid. Last nights was working for a tip but made it clear he wasn 't enjoying serving us or any of the other tables. Food was moderate. Prime rib, crab and a few other things weren 't available and weren 't mentioned until after our menus had already been taken. It been quite a few years since I've been to Bailey's. It's one of those establishments that has been a Winnipeg staple for a long time. We went there for the Dine About 2024 event. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxing, the service was attentive but not intrusive and the food was delicious, especially the calamari. We definitely plan on going back.
We love coming here! We're from Brandon and try to get here at least a couple times a year! Definitely our favorite restaurant! The building is beautiful and the food is always great! It's just a fantastic environment! We always request Brad for a server as he is exceptional!
