Friday evening June 16, 2023 meal with friends. The reservation had not been noted, they passed the buck, accusing each other! In front of customers it is unprofessional and rude! We were finally placed at a table and not the best place despite their mistake!! Apart from the hamburger everything was passable...! The unprofessional service! We had to call several times for drinks and we finished our dishes without drinking! Arrived too late! The sangria is very bad! And the worst part, no excuses from the staff! A shame! A real disappointment in this restaurant which is renowned in Neuchâtel!!! We do not recommend!!! There is enough choice in the region! The only good point is its location! And again...! The chairs are very uncomfortable!!! And the prices are too expensive for the quantity, quality and presentation!!!
