Food is really good but sadly, service at the closest to me Dublin/Tassajara branch has been continuously dismal and most of the time short, rude and uncaring, despite plenty of people behind the counter (so gimme a break with the Covid excuse). Advance scheduled online orders seem pointless, as staff can 't figure out how to deal with them. 4 times in a row now, my order was not ready (3 out of 4 times not even started on) when I got there. After the first couple of visits, I kept coming in between 5 10 mins later than scheduled, thinking this would allow them more time to get it ready... Nope, all I got was the now familiar confused look at the word online order followed by staff scrambling through order tags. Today took the cake, though: it 's one thing that they apparently didn 't get a supply order resulting in not having matching lids for side order containers fine. But it 's quite another for the guy then packing a side of beans with a tiny lid that didn 't fit in a paper bag and tossing it in the bigger bag with the rest of the order without saying anything about an open container. A simple careful, the bean container is open, we didn 't get our lids in or something would have been all that was needed. A minute later, barely sitting in my car, I noticed beans and liquid completely soaked thru the paper bag, spilled all over the rest of the order. So back in I go to report the mess. They toss all the bags, wipe off the main order 's plastic container, but unfortunately I didn 't see how they handled the beans I assumed I would get a new container. At some point, I saw the guy wrap a side order in a small plastic bag great. But when I get home and unpack everything, I notice that it was the same bean container (again with too tiny a lid), they had just wiped some (not even all) spill off the bottom of the tub but not even bothered to refill the beans that had been spilled. So I end up with half an order at best. I wonder to how many people with side orders this happened to today. A small thing in the grand scheme of things, but frankly, I don 't have unlimited funds to keep supporting places with crappy service. I won 't be going back to this branch. The food itself is good enough that I may consider driving farther out to a different branch on occasion, but they lost me as a regular customer.
