Baja Fresh - Reservar una mesa

Food is really good but sadly, service at the closest to me Dublin/Tassajara branch has been continuously dismal and most of the time short, rude and uncaring, despite plenty of people behind the counter (so gimme a break with the Covid excuse). Advance scheduled online orders seem pointless, as staff can 't figure out how to deal with them. 4 times in a row now, my order was not ready (3 out of 4 times not even started on) when I got there. After the first couple of visits, I kept coming in between 5 10 mins later than scheduled, thinking this would allow them more time to get it ready... Nope, all I got was the now familiar confused look at the word online order followed by staff scrambling through order tags. Today took the cake, though: it 's one thing that they apparently didn 't get a supply order resulting in not having matching lids for side order containers fine. But it 's quite another for the guy then packing a side of beans with a tiny lid that didn 't fit in a paper bag and tossing it in the bigger bag with the rest of the order without saying anything about an open container. A simple careful, the bean container is open, we didn 't get our lids in or something would have been all that was needed. A minute later, barely sitting in my car, I noticed beans and liquid  completely soaked thru the paper bag, spilled all over the rest of the order. So back in I go to report the mess. They toss all the bags, wipe off the main order 's plastic container, but unfortunately I didn 't see how they handled the beans I assumed I would get a new container. At some point, I saw the guy wrap a side order in a small plastic bag great. But when I get home and unpack everything, I notice that it was the same bean container (again with too tiny a lid), they had just wiped some (not even all) spill off the bottom of the tub but not even bothered to refill the beans that had been spilled. So I end up with half an order at best. I wonder to how many people with side orders this happened to today. A small thing in the grand scheme of things, but frankly, I don 't have unlimited funds to keep supporting places with crappy service. I won 't be going back to this branch. The food itself is good enough that I may consider driving farther out to a different branch on occasion, but they lost me as a regular customer.

Was it nice to have Baja Fresh after they haven't closed it for years in my area a long time ago and the man who worked behind the counter was extremely rude and restless. My Bf and I looked at us after a few minutes and decided that we had to go somewhere else, bc the Vibes were as negative as this person wanted us to leave the facility. I asked a simple question about the menu and the staff mentioned above answered in a conclusive way how I was the greatest inconvenience to even be there. Can't wait to try a Baja Fresh again in another place and hopefully have a good experience and don't want to go before I even order. By-note, but important note we are a biracial couple. We often feel prejudices in places where we feel unwilling. I can't say confident that it wasn't one of them. Terrible and discouraging experience. Feel comfortable in your facility.

We walked in we said hello, received no greeting back. Guy kept mumbling stuff to the cook and staring at us while we stood there waiting to place our order. Horrible customer service! Guy was fiddling with paper on the counter the whole time and kept asking is that all? After taking 1 order and clearly theres 5 of us. Really? 5 orders, we asked for salsa only gave us 4. Every time customers walked in, would roll his eyes. We dined in today, but never again coming here. And had we known type of service, would have ordered to go or straight up just left. I love the food here, but the bad service will break any business downno matter how good the food is.

The fish taco and shrimp taco were really good. They gave me a side of mango salsa and it was tasty too. I also order churros but I wasn't satisfied, they were thicker and did not tasted fresh. I enjoyed the churros from Pollo Loco better, because they are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and well cook in the inside. My husband had the fajitas with cárnitas and he enjoyed it. I liked all the food expect for the churros.

FANTASTIC SERVICE, Maria the Manager was EXCELLENT!! Maria, is Pleasant, Helpful, Courteous Knowledgeable. My Mexicano burrito with Carnitas Shrimp was One of The BEST Burritos of any Mexican Restaurant ?? The place was incredibly Clean bathrooms well stocked Super Clean! I will Definitely eat here again when We are in Livermore.
