I have spent time exploring the south coast of Sri Lanka in search of authentic food and culture. This restaurant offers truly authentic meals from the country and is a must-try. I highly recommend the bark curry, which comes with a variety of vegetarian sides over rice and crispy papadams that add a beautiful crunch to each bite. Traditional Sri Lankan food. They have a delicious lunch buffet on Saturday Sunday starring at 11 a.m. and an appa (hoppper) buffet Friday Saturday evenings. I just had the lunch buffet and it was excellent. I only wish they would not offer single-use disposable plastic for the cups and eating utensils.

This restaurant is ideal for families to enjoy a meal together. The only downside is that the space is limited and there is a need for more wall pictures and dining area space. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding, but the restaurant environment could use some improvements.

I often go to this place and find the owner very accommodating. The food is great and close to authentic Sri Lanka food, definitely the best I could find in SoCal for Sri Lankan food. I think someone else mentioned this in their review. Rice and curry packets are so expensive and I don’t mind it. However, they try to stuff a ton of fries and very little curry, which is disappointing after all the money you spend and I end up throwing out the rice.

This restaurant serves the most authentic Sri Lankan food. The food is excellent, but every time I called, it was not ready for pick-up. Be prepared for long wait times. The owners should spend more time cleaning the front of the store, so I give it four stars.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The roti is without a doubt some of the best food I have ever had. I have dined all over the world at places charging $100 per plate, and I would choose this roti over the famous Holy Smoke any day.
