We went to the upstairs room for a repast after my aunt/godmother died. The staff were attentive, the food was excellent, and the private room was the perfect atmosphere and fit for our small group. Wheelchair accessibility: Luckily we didn't have any guests with mobility issues, since the room we were in was up a long flight of stairs and I didn't see an elevator. Service: Dine in
I found the decor of the restaurant to be old-fashioned. Despite ordering a well-done hamburger, I received one that was cooked medium rare. Due to time constraints for a show, I didn't raise the issue. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and rarely checked in on our table. We had to flag someone else down to get our bill. Overall, the food was average at best.
We ordered the Thanksgiving turkey dinner and it was excellent. The stuffing was particularly delicious! We will definitely be returning. The service was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the prices were between $10-20 per person. We highly recommend trying the Mashed Potatoes and Butternut Squash.
My friends and I meet for lunch once a month and we have never had a bad experience. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy. The service is great and we always enjoy our meals. We had a fantastic experience at lunchtime in this restaurant. We were in the area and happy that we decided to visit. The turkey sandwich and turkey plate were delicious. We will definitely return in the future.
The service is slow and unwelcoming to new customers. However, the pub food is very good. The meal type is dinner, with a price range of $20–30 per person.
