The holy grail in suburban Sydney is to find quality scrambled eggs. Not the crumbly dry pap that predominates, or the slightly soggy milky mess that is the substitute. Bakerie kills with proper, creamy, consistent and tasty scramble. Excellent. Coffee, Campos, is strong and perfect temperature, just how I like it with no bitterness. The in house sourdough is very good. The smashed avo delicious. The pastries are actually magnificent. It's a tiny spot on a suburban strip and it charges as a premium place. But the quality really is very high. So with few quality options this far out, just go for it. Your tongue will thank you.
This is extremely good bakery and I would venture to say they have the best Chicken sandwiches I have ever tasted. The coffee is Campos and is similarly excellent. They have lovely baked goods, made in a tradional French, hand crafted manner so it's not your average cake shop. It's slightly more expensive but worth it for the hand crafting and good quality ingredients. Their mixed berry tarts are lovely and their bread sublime. Its not a fancy establishment but if you like delicious baked goods and excellent coffee, you will be pleased you visited. I'm a regular !
I often get my coffee here - Campos - and excellent. The sour dough is also good and the pastries delicious, including croissants and pistachio Portuguese tarts. They also serve pies and savoury foods.My only disappointment is the service - the staff are stoic and rarely crack a smile. Having said that, I keep going back because their food and coffee is delicious.
The coffee was weak & cold. The apple patisserie had soggy flaky pastry which was also doughy on the bottom - very disappointing. It was quite pricey for what I purchased compared to cafes closer to the city. It was busy as it seemed to be a favourite with the locals. I did not try the bread so perhaps it is good. The service was very good.

This location is on the Pacific Highway - limited on street parking. The cafe has limited seating, but is always full. Sour dough bread baked on the premises is fantastic, as are their cakes.
Early to see a client so used up some time on a coffee. They serve Campos which is a bonus. Great cappuccino. Right temp. Good crema. Enjoyed a delightful berry tart too. Well priced ????
Always stop here for coffee on my way to Sydney. Lucky for me I get a park out front every time. The pastries are to die for. The coffee is always good.
An artisan bakery great for snacks and brunch. Beautiful bread. Worth visiting if you're a local or on your way through Gordon.

I've only been herein passing but the coffee has always been really good and their fresh bread is delicious!
This is a lovely little bakery cafe, in the European tradition.
