My son, who is almost 20, was asked for ID at the restaurant. Unfortunately, he had left his driver's license at home, so the bartender refused to serve him. It is understandable that they have to follow strict guidelines to avoid serving alcohol to underage individuals. Despite this, we decided to go elsewhere. In response to the owner's post, I believe that their duty of care is to prevent anyone under the age of 18 from consuming alcohol. Their policy regarding serving 25 year olds is their own decision. Lovely, warm atmosphere and for a relatively new build, comes across quite oldy worldly. And now a newly added outdoor deck area, which will be great in the summer. Extensive menu and always a board full of specials to choose from. Service and food all good. Plenty of parking (attached to a premier inn) Price per person: £70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We all had steak pie. The pie was huge and the gravy was good. The contents of the pie were not good. There were 5 lumps, 4 being fatty gristle and ony ocupying about 10% of the pie the rest was air. So I do not recommend the pie. We were given free drinks but still a disappointment. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Came on 28th October fir my birthday with 12 people absolutely fabulous food and service came back tonight for my partners birthday just two of us and same great food and service 10/10 recommend if you want a good night out with friendly service and amazing food Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Reserva una mesa ahora

Went here end of November. Had Christmas menu. Everything delicious with good service and great atmosphere. Sadly went back on 29.12.23. Poor menu. Ran out of food, tea and coke. Despite being busy only 2 members of staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant offers fantastic food and the staff is excellent. The price per person is between £20 and £30. Both the food and service receive a rating of 5, as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant.
