Bakery Nouveau Burien

I woke up early in the morning and wanted to eat a Nouveau croissant. I usually go to Nouveau in W Seattle, but this morning I came to Nouveau in Burien. Today was Saturday morning at 7:45, but there were four people in line in front of me. I love butter croissant, French classic, light, flaky with a wonderful buttery flavor. Chocolate Croissant A chocolate lovers dream. And I chosen twice almond croissant today. Twice Baked. I think Nouveau croissants are the best and high-end in WA. This is an excellent restaurant! It was our first visit, and we were not disappointed! We ordered several different dishes, and they were so good that we enjoyed them for a few days. Even the leftovers tasted wonderful the next day! The chocolate croissant was perfectly crispy, with a delightful hint of fruitiness in the chocolate. My husband loved the pimento breakfast sandwich, saying it was flavorful until the last bite! I’m also a big fan of sable cookies and can’t wait to try the bread on our next visit! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the Burien area!

Absolutely amazing! My husband ordered the Praline Dream cake for my birthday, and we both went to pick it up. The café is well-organized, and the line moves quickly. Everything looked delectable! The Praline Dream cake was, without a doubt, one of the best cakes I've ever tasted, especially those chocolate curls. It's definitely a treat, but believe me, it’s worth every penny!

When I stopped by on a Sunday around noon, I was a bit disappointed to find that that they have already run out of butter croissants, which is what I really wanted from Bakery Nouveau. Well, so I picked up a chocolate cake instead. It was pretty good though. Nice location, neat store, and big parking lot at the side. Reserva una mesa ahora

Beautiful little bakery with tons of choices there. I went in not knowing what to expect, but looking for a cinnamon roll. They had so many choices I left without the cinnamon roll. Lol! The staff were very kind and let me have my time looking and selecting as well!

Excellent desserts! I ordered cake slices for my little wedding per the suggestion of one of my customers who ordered a lot of cake for his wedding. Everyone loved that they were able to choose what they wanted! I'm planning a revisit!

The pastries are fantastic! They're light and flavorful, with a wonderful variety to choose from, including elegant chocolates. Each piece is like a work of art. Be prepared for a wait if you visit on a Saturday morning!
