Disappointed by new changes.Around a month ago, staff suddenly changed wholesale. Well folks, that rude woman you were all complaining about knew how to make a bagel sandwich. I 've ordered twice online since this new staff took over(new ownership? , and it 's been a real let down. I waited a few weeks between orders and it 's really no better. Any hot bagel sandwich is getting handled wrong, they 're incredibly greasy on the outside. The bagels should be cut by someone with clean hands. They 've also missed the instruction to toast the bagel on every bagel. The bagels have gotten a little larger, which is actually a negative, as it highlights how little egg and cheese they give you on an eg...

I had a fantastic bagel that was wonderfully crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, it was served cold, and considering the price, there wasn't enough egg, pork roll, or bacon to really appreciate the flavors. It felt more like a lump of bread than a well-rounded breakfast. The filling was so thin it barely made an impact. I understand that costs are rising, but with the financial support the government has provided to small businesses, this place shouldn’t be struggling. I urge them to focus on perfecting their craft—bagel breakfasts— and to ensure that the bagels are served hot, perhaps by keeping them closer to the grill.

I purchased a dozen bagels, but they weren't fresh at all, so I had to microwave them. However, that wasn’t the main issue. I also bought a bottle of orange juice that expires on July 5, and I didn’t notice until I got home and saw that today is July 30. Additionally, the cream cheese expired on July 2, which I only discovered after taking a bite and nearly gagging. I drove back to the restaurant and received a refund for those two items, but this was my first time trying this place. I would recommend avoiding it; there are much better options nearby.

The bagels here are excellent and typically come with a generous amount of cream cheese. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, but when I took it out of the wrapper, I initially thought they had mistakenly given me a plain bagel instead. I understand that prices have increased everywhere, but as someone who works in the food service industry, I would never have been satisfied sending out a bagel that looked like that! Great bagels but the pork roll portion is way too small for the amount you guys charge. There’s a lot of places around here who gives you more portion for your buck. 2 slices of pork roll egg cheese on a bagel plus a can of soda for $9 ? Never again.

Worst bagels and customer service around. My daughter wanted an egg bagel today and she was told she had to take an everything because that's what they decided she should have. Rude people at the counter too.

The bagels are tasty, but the breakfast sandwiches have noticeably less egg and meat compared to other places. However, this restaurant is conveniently located and can prepare orders quickly.

The food always tastes fantastic! We even ordered a meal for our dog and requested no roll, and they were very accommodating!
