Baldinelli Of Hinsdale

My boyfriend and I randomly decided to try Baldinelli one night and we were so pleasantly surprised! The arancini we're delicious and the pizza had a great homemade tasting crust. Pizza wasn't too saucy or cheesy just the right amount to compliment the toppings. The waiter had a lot happening with his system being down, pick up orders, and being alone. He was very nice the whole time!

I discovered this place recently, overall good experience. However, my experience from today was not so great. On Tuesdays they have a special on pasta 1/2 price off but that apparently means they put some old crispy chicken instead of freshly fried. If that’s the idea of the “special”, don’t offer it at all! I would prefer paying the full price if the chicken and the food is fresh.

!I had to amend my original review. No one is 100%, 100% of the time! I had some issues, but they made it right. What more can you ask for? Could have just been an off day. It was pretty close to closing time. I should have been more considerate myself, as everything is short staffed and struggling. Thank you for reaching out and taking care of business!

Pastas are good. Pizza is just ok. Nothing special. The pizza sauce is a little on the sweet side. The pizza dough doesn't seem home made. More like a frozen dough. The draft beer is ok but it needs to be served colder. The draft beer was too warm. For the quality you get this place is a little pricey. Probably won't be back. Reserva una mesa ahora

This was our second visit and we will be back. The pizza is always good but the other dishes are surprisingly well crafted and delicious. They were very patient with my fussy baby and equally patient with a group of boisterous teenage boys.

Staff is lovely, I’ve been dining here for awhile, and I’ve never had a single complaint! Pizza is some of the best I’ve had, ambiance is great, and the manager at the time couldn’t be lovelier!

Excellent Pizza!!! Wonderful Atmosphere!!! I had the Dirti Kirti. The flavors danced across my tastebuds like the tiny dancers dancing a perfect Texas two-step.

They are changing the Name This Friday to Sauced Pizzaria, food is amazing! Try the dessert too....Yum!
