Bamboo Asian Cuisine

Ordered 6 rolls to-go during dinner time. The atmosphere inside of Bamboo is fairly boring if I’m being honest and overall seemed like it could be livened up to attract more dining guests.The sushi rolls, however, did not disappoint. I ordered 2 regular maki rolls (salmon, yellowtail) and a peppered tuna roll. Also got a spicy dinner combo which consists of spicy tuna, spicy salmon w/avocado and spicy California. Regular maki rolls were very fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The spicy tuna roll was great. Service here is really mediocre- waitress won’t smile or hardly speak- strange as matter of fact. Interior of restaurant is very dated, almost dingy. The food was average to good. Go elsewhere.
