I'm not one to leave one star reviews, especially at a neighborhood place but enough is enough and I am tired of wasting money here with inconsistent drinks and poor service.I come here a few times a month or get a drink via ubereats because I try support neighbourhood businesses. Unfortunately, more times than not, I usually receive a drink that is overly sweet, no matter what modifications I specify. There has only been a few times where what I ask for has been honoured but I get the general idea, they arnt really following a recipe which is causing the inconsistencies. My sister and I ordered four drinks to go from this restaurant via Uber Eats (and some food from another restaurant). Unfortunately, the drinks were not sealed properly and two of them spilled in the car on the way home. We had to spend half an hour cleaning up the mess, causing the food from the other restaurant to become cold. When we returned to the store to explain what happened, they remade the drinks and apologized. However, we were concerned that they may have reused the cups that were originally unsealed. Used to be great. They haven't updated their menu prices in ages, and charge you differently at the counter. Even recently, I ordered a Avocado Durian drink, which is $8 on the menu right next to the cashier. They charged about $10.50 at the till.They explain at the counter that it's because their costs have gone up. Fair enough, but why aren't you updating your menu that's literally right next to the cashier? Cashier was super rude about it too. Horrific service. Supported them for years but not anymore.
They've got a lot of amazing options here so it was hard to pick but I got the chocolate banana smoothie and the pandan waffle. The smoothie was the perfect amount of sweetness for me while not being overly heavy and the pandan waffle was a real standout with how crispy and chewy it was. The service was friendly, everything's reasonably priced, and it all tasted fresh and delicious — what's not to love? Will definitely have to come back soon to get another waffle and try out some other drinks.

I just recently found this bubble tea shop two days ago and decided to come back for another drink! I ordered the mangonada twice, and I have to say it's my favorite drink at this place! Special thanks to Heidi for making our drinks, the portion size was generous and the taste was amazing! ???
Very good desserts. The coconut jelly was really good and their waffles are really crunchy with a gooey inside. Would definitely come back for that coconut jelly alone.
I say this place is the best Vietnamese drinks in town, no too sweet and is just right for me ?
Pricing on menu all outdated, checked my receipt and all the prices were jacked up.

Their Mangonada and jackfruit smoothies are fantastic. Prices are reasonable.
I love this place! The bubble tea is delicious and expertly prepared.
